- Billing Data: Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- Content Data: Job details, company information, and other inputs you provide for content generation
- Communications: Emails, support requests, and feedback you send us

- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, generation counts, timestamps
- Device Data: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, IP address

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Providers
To generate content, your input data is sent to third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI). These providers:
- Process data solely to provide the generation service
- Do not use your data to train their AI models (per our data processing agreements)
- Are bound by data processing agreements compliant with applicable data protection laws
We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use your content inputs or generated outputs to train AI models.
5. Data Sharing
We share personal data only with:
- Payment Processor (Stripe): To process subscriptions and payments
- AI Provider (OpenAI): To generate content from your inputs
- Hosting Provider (AWS): Infrastructure for the Service
- Authentication Provider (Supabase): Account management and authentication
- Law Enforcement: When required by law, court order, or legal process
6. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. For transfers from the EEA/UK, we rely on:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Data processing agreements with all sub-processors
- Adequacy decisions where applicable
7. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- Generated Content & History: Retained while your account is active; deleted upon account deletion
- Billing Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
- Usage Logs: Retained for 90 days, then anonymized
- Support Communications: Retained for 2 years after resolution
8. Your Rights
8.1 GDPR Rights (EEA/UK Residents)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

- Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data

No system is 100% secure. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to security@seeklore.ai.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
